Christopher
DiPasquale, PhD, PT, OCS, SCS, CHT
Chris
was awarded a PhD in the area of Exercise Physiology
in the Department of Kinesiology at the University of
Connecticut (UCONN). His dissertation examined factors
that may be responsible for the high rate of anterior
cruciate ligament injuries in females. Chris earned a
Masters Degree in Allied Health from the University of
Connecticut and is a graduate of the Quinnipiac University
Program in Physical Therapy. He is specialty board certified
in both Orthopedic Physical Therapy and Sports
Physical Therapy by the American Board of Physical
Therapy Specialties and is also board certified in Hand
Therapy by the Hand Therapy Certification Commission.

David
A. Cameron, PhD, PT, OCS, ATC
David earned a PhD in Pathokinesiology
at the New York University after obtaining a Masters Degree
in Biomechanics from UCONN. David graduated from the UCONN
Physical Therapy Program and was awarded a degree in Physical
Education from Central Connecticut State University. He
is board-certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy by the
American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and certified
in Athletic Training by the National Athletic Trainers
Associations. David is an Assistant Professor at the Sacred
heart University Program in Physical Therapy and provides
consultative services to the staff of Performance Physical

John H. Bradford, MS, PT
John was trained at the University
of Connecticut where he received his Bachelor of Science in Allied
Health in May of 2000. He was awarded his Master of Science in
Physical Therapy in May of 2001. Before joining Performance Physical
Therapy and Sports Medicine in 2003, John worked in a busy
outpatient clinic in New London and was a consultant to skilled
nursing facilities. John is currently the primary therapist in
our Hebron office, continues his work with skilled nursing facilities
and provides individualized personal training and wellness program
consulting services to individuals.

Rebecca
M. Congdon MS, PT, CLT-LANA
Becky
graduated with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from
UCONN in 2004 and soon after obtained
specialized training in the management of Lymphedema. Becky is
now certified as a Lymphedema therapist through the Lymphology
Association of North America (CLT-LANA). Becky is currently enrolled
in a physical therapy doctoral program (DPT) through the University
of St. Augustine where she is also working towards a manual therapy
certification (MTC). Prior to joining us in 2007, Becky worked
at Backus Hospital in the outpatient clinic on
orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation, wound care, and lymphedema
management in an
acute care setting. Becky is the founder of the Eastern CT Lymphedema
Support Group. While an undergraduate student at UCONN, she was
a member of the Varsity Women's Rowing team and is a triathlete.

James
A. Ferland, PT
Jim is a 1989 graduate
of the University of Vermont with a BS in Physical Therapy.
He has spent the majority of his professional career in rehabilitative
medicine and most recently was the supervisor of Outpatient
Services at Gaylord Hospital in Wallingford, Connecticut.
Jim has also served the past five years as an adjunct professor
for the University of Hartford. He has a particular interest
in treating neurological impairments
and has extensive training in vestibular rehabilitation and
balance training.

Joanne F. Goode,
PT
Joanne is a 1979 graduate of
the University of Connecticut program in Physical Therapy. Joanne
worked at Yale New Haven Hospital (YNHH) until 1989 when she left
her position as Senior Physical Therapist to move to Eastern Connecticut.
While at YNHH Joanne worked to establish and coordinate the Orthopedic
hand Clinic. In 1990, Joanne, along with Chris DiPasquale, established
the practice. In addition to clinical practice Joanne provides consultative
services to the staff of Performance Physical Therapy and Sports
Medicine Inc.

Karen
Pankowski, OTR/L, CHT
Karen
graduated from the Quinnipiac University Occupational Therapy
Program in 1990. She then joined the staff of Gaylord Hospital
where she worked in heir general rehabilitation as well as an industrial
rehabilitation program through 1994. Karen then specialized in
hand therapy with an outpatient position at a hand therapy service
in Waterbury, Connecticut and became a Certified Hand Therapist
(CHT) in 1997. From 1998 through 2005, Karen was the Program Director
in Hand Therapy for Eastern Rehabilitation Network. Karen then
joined Performance Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine limiting
her practice exclusively to hand therapy.
