Physical Therapists & Physical Therapist Assistants - Full-time or Part-time in our Hebron office and our Colchester office.

We would prefer it if you had a few years’ experience but will not turn away the right person. More than anything, we are looking for future leaders in private practice physical therapy who can appreciate the mentoring and development we offer.

Avoid Burnout - Full administrative support – you can focus on providing physical therapy, admin staff process authorizations, handles scheduling, and all administrative tasks.

Work-Life Balance - work 40 hours per week between 8 AM and 5 PM with half a 30-minute lunch.  For example, M-W-F 8 to 4:30 with a 30-minute lunch, and T & Th 9:30 to 5:00 with a 30-minute lunch.  If you prefer other hours, for example long and short days or a 4 day week, we have options.

Continuing Education – become an expert in conventional Orthopedic Manual Therapy: Outside instructors come to our office - you can stay home and sleep in your own bed. All PT and PTA staff attend our 4 course Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) – sequence integrating exercise and traditional manual therapy. All PT staff will be trained in dry needling.

Also support to attend other courses for your clinical interest.

​

PTO - 3 weeks per calendar year. Immediately available and prorated for the rest of the year from your start date. On January 1 full 3 week reset.

 

Holidays: 7 paid holidays, 6 major federal holidays and your birthday.  These are in addition to the 3 weeks of PTO.

Profit Sharing Plan - share in the financial success of the practice

Salary Information: 

Physical Therapist - New Grad $90,000:  $80,000 + $10,000 first year bonus.

Physical Therapist - Staff $100,000:   $90,000 + $10,000 first year bonus

Physical Therapist - Senior $110,000:  $100,000 + $10,000 first year bonus

Physical Therapist Assistant starting at $65,000 + $10,000 first year bonus.

Career Pathways:

Clinical PT:  New Grad  to Staff  to Senior - then to Clinical or Management Pathway

Clinical PT Pathway:  Clinical Program Manager to Clinical Program Director to Partner 

Management PT Pathway:  Clinic Manager to Clinic Director to Partner

Clinical PTA:  Staff to Clinical Specialist to Clinical Program Manager to Clinical Program Director

Part-time

​

We have part-time positions with up to 30 hours per week in both offices paying $50.00 per hour for PTs and $37.50 per hour for PTAs.

 

At 30 hours per week pro-rated PTO, vacation, health, and dental are added; you receive the full disability insurance and 401k with match benefits.
