We are looking for fulltime and part-time Physical Therapists to join our progressive orthopedic physical therapy practice.  We have openings in our Colchester and Hebron offices.


We offer competitive benefits and salaries with a range of $80,000 to $100,000 with first year sign-on bonus of $10,000 before profit sharing.  We practice open book management and share in the success of our practice.

We specialize in conventional manual therapy, and active-exercise treatments specific to the patient’s problem. We also treat with Trigger Point Dry Needling, and Class IV laser.

Recent or soon to graduate physical therapists are encouraged to apply.  We are open to your starting with us on a temporary license.

If you are experienced in another area of physical therapy, you are encouraged to apply.  The best orthopedic PTs often first practice in other areas.  


Mentoring will be provided to new or recent graduates or Physical Therapists without orthopedic physical therapy experience.  We will meet with you and design a mentoring program that works for you. 

Manual therpay training and dry needling training will be provided by experienced clinicians and through formal courses.  


This is a PT owned private practice – we are committed to developing future private practice PTs.

We are flexible and willing to make 3, 4, and 5 day per week schedules work.  PTs schedules are limited to 2 evening per week unless you prefer evenings.  As we add staff we will limit evenings - most patients only come in late when earlier appointments are not available.


We also have 30 - 40 hour per week full time staff that have a reduced pro-rated salary and benefit levels that don't require evening or early morning hours.  

We offer a full benefit program including 401k with company match, health, dental, disability and life insurance.  Continuing education, APTA dues reimbursement, paid major holidays and 3 weeks vacation per year.
