Lying Down Exercises
Lying down hip adducion exercise

This strengthens the inner thigh muscles.  These muscles support your hip and the inner side of your knee.  The muscles are call adductor muscles.  

Lying down hip abduciton exercise

This strengthens the muscles on the side of your hip.  These muscles support your hip and the outer side of your knee. The muscles are call abductors.  

Lying down straight leg raise exercise

This strengthens the muscles on the front of your hip (hip flexor) and from of your thigh (quad or knee extensor)

prone lying hip extension exercise

This strengthens the muscles on the back of your hip (hip extensors or gluteal muscles) and back of your thigh (hamstrings)
